1. The galvanometer welding control has fast welding speed and high strength. The welding process can achieve accurate positioning. The welding process is easy to automate and can be applied to the group welding of micro and small workpieces in large-scale automated production.

2. Coaxial CCD monitoring system. Our IT-LW-Q150/Q300 welding machine includes a coaxial CCD monitoring system, which can be magnified up to 150 times. At the same time, the cross center of the coaxial CCD monitor completely coincides with the center of the laser welding spot, which is easy to adjust and position during laser processing, improves the accuracy of positioning in precision processing, further improves processing efficiency, reduces operator fatigue, and increases product yield.

3. It has high photoelectric conversion efficiency and stable light output. It can be used for spot welding and continuous welding, and for welding of metal sheets and precision parts.

4. Most suitable for precision welding of devices that are afraid of extrusion and have heat-sensitive devices around them.
