1. Galvanometer welding control. The galvanometer welding control has fast welding speed and high strength. The welding process can achieve accurate positioning. The welding process is easy to automate and can be applied to the group welding of micro and small workpieces in large-scale automated production.

2. The coaxial CCD monitoring system can be magnified up to 150 times. At the same time, the cross center of the coaxial CCD monitor completely coincides with the center of the laser welding spot, which is easy to adjust and position during laser processing, improves the accuracy of positioning in precision processing, improves processing efficiency in one step, reduces the fatigue of operators, and improves the yield of products.

3. Narrow pulse width in application can reduce the damage of laser to materials, making the molten pool smoother and flatter; large melting depth and small thermal effect, suitable for materials prone to thermal deformation.

4. This equipment is mainly used for welding of dissimilar materials or thin sheets, such as power battery tab welding, button batteries, etc.
