1. Integrate the German SCANLAB CUBE10 high-precision digital scanning galvanometer and Akribis high-precision linear motor motion platform to achieve high-precision large-format platemaking processing.

The laser system is seamlessly connected to the CCD vision system, and multiple vision positioning methods such as MARK mode/edge-finding mode/assisted photo positioning can be selected for fully automatic vision positioning.

2. The cutting speed is twice that of UV cutting. For some products that do not require high edge collapse, the cutting efficiency is higher;

3. With high-performance and high-power imported green laser, the power is stable with small attenuation, the beam quality is good, and the focused spot is small. There is no need to worry about the influence of power attenuation on cutting quality and speed.

4. Particularly suitable for cutting and splitting of polymer brittle materials such as LED ceramic substrates, TF cards, SD cards, fingerprint modules, VCM, PCB boards, BGA, CSP, QFN, etc.
